Appraisals

I am a licence holder of the appraisal method developed by the Psychologigal Management Consulting Institute Dr. Dohne, situated at Göttingen in Germany. The method is a non-verbal, online based game developed by the well-known neurobiologist and author Prof. Dr. Gerald Hüther and Dr. Klaus-Dieter Dohne. It is based on scientific research and is able to appraise the so-called meta-competencies of a person. The result is very supportive for the decision making process in a search project or in a team evalution.
