Since 2011 self-employed, member to several supervisory boards and honorary chairwoman of a Germany business association, long term member of plenary of Chamber of Commerce of Bremen and Bremerhaven, member to Association of German Female Entrepreneurs.

Happily married with three daughters, passionate rower, skipper, and skier.
