    On the basis of the initial meeting, we prepare a bespoke offer for you. Depending on the size and nature of the order, this can either be a complete package or services provided at an hourly or daily rate.

  3. 3. Agreeing on the basic requirements
    For a successful and sustainable cooperation, it is important that all of the framework conditions are clarified and determined in advance. Therefore you are assigned a permanent contact person from our team, who is by your side throughout the entire consultancy mandate.

  4. 4. Company analysis
    A successful search is based on a thorough analysis of the company's position. This focuses on the market environment, company strategy and the internal and external structures including interfaces and areas of responsibility.

  5. 5. Job profile
    The results of the analysis are incorporated into the job profile, which we prepare in close cooperation and agreement with you.
    All (confidential) framework conditions are specified in the job profile. You can already name specific candidates or companies to be approached directly by us at this stage. Sometimes there are also internal candidates who should be taken into consideration for an open position. If so, internal candidates may be included in the selection process.
    The job profile is used as a working document for subsequent interviews but is not to disclosed to the candidates.

  6. 6. Job advertisement
    The job advertisement is written using the available information from the job profile and contains all the important core information required by the future holder of the position. Job advertisements are published online on job websites and also in print media (local or trade press) as requested. Since it has proven to be more successful, we usually place job advertisements under our name and discreetly describe our client.

  7. 8. Application process
    All incoming applications and documents from candidates contacted directly by us are prepared, reviewed and checked regarding suitability. All candidates are informed by us that the documents have been received. All scheduling is carried out according to your instructions via human lead.

  8. 9. Pre-selection
    After examining all of the documents, a qualified pre-selection is made to narrow down the group of candidates for the initial interview. Pre-selection is based on the agreed job profile, and refers not only to the qualifications and career of a candidate, but also the professionalism of the application and the impression made upon first contact between our researcher and the candidate.

  9. 11. Reports
    After the initial interviews, you receive detailed reports about the suitable candidates. The recommendations are personally written by the HR consultant responsible. They include important key data about the candidate, as well as the professional and academic career of the interested parties and the impression they made during the interview.

  10. 12. Evaluation
    Based on the reports given, you decide which of the candidates you would like to meet. Our team will gladly consult you on making this selection.

  11. 13. Presentation
    You get to meet your preferred candidates personally and can form your own opinion. The human lead GmbH HR consultant accompanies you during this meeting and moderates the course of the interview. Following the introductions round, you and the human resources consultant assess all of the interviews together.

  12. 15. Follow-up support
    After the contract has been concluded with the candidate of your choice, our mandate has officially ended. BUT: Our consultation does not end with the appointment of your preferred candidate. We will gladly support you and your new employee during the first few weeks or even months. Because our goal is always to fill a position on a sustainable and long-term basis, thus ensuring the the highest level of employee and employer satisfaction possible.

  13. 16. Guarantee
    If the contract of employment is terminated by you within the first twelve months on grounds for which the chosen employee is responsible or if the employee resigns, we will resume the consultancy mandate free of charge. Our appointments are sustainable, which means that guarantee claims are only very rarely asserted. Good for you!
