  2. 2. Profile clarification
    During initial contact with human lead GmbH, we will gladly explain all of the framework conditions during an initial telephone call. Does the location suit? Does the salary range suit? Does your profile correspond to the desired requirements profile of our client?
  3. 3. Initial interview
    In an initial face-to-face interview, you will be provided with details of the position by the responsible HR consultant. Here you will have the opportunity to ask all of your questions. Our HR consultant will discuss your CV and suitability with you, as well as determining your further interest.
  4. 4. Feedback
    You receive feedback from us after each face-to-face interview. We will keep you regularly informed of the current status of the selection process. You will also be informed immediately by us, if there are unforeseen delays in the selection process.
  5. 6. Feedback
    Once again, you will receive personal feedback from your HR consultant on how the job interview worked out. She will also inform you about the further procedure.
  6. 8. Follow-up
    Our consultation does not end when your new employed has started. During the first few weeks and months, the entire team at human lead GmbH is available to provide you with help and support. We are interested in maintaining long-term and sustainable relationships with our candidates - because, as the saying goes, if you meet someone once you will surely meet them again!
